Ray Kuhns - everyone is immersed in budget process.  The Reserve and capital budgets are complete for the 1st draft and the operational budget is still in process

Shawne Cryderman - The format for the Monday Message will be all new and improved and should be starting on 9/9.  It will be simplified and broken into sections so you can choose what you want to see.  Also will be updated in real time including the date it was updated.  Should be great

Dale - Patrol notified road construction has begun on Saddlebrooke Blvd . There is a significant increase in speeding tickets in the speed corridors.

Finance -  will be giving a report card on Troon at the golf town hall Weds 9/11/24

CAM has submitted paperwork for $200,000 grant and should hear in October if they win.  Level 5 work has been shelved and focus put on level 4. The outside contractor will depart after completing level 4 in units 14,15,17.

ALC - Weeds are a big issue and need to get cleaned up or fines could be enforced.   Stressed that we are dark sky community.  Lights off at 10pm. 

FWR - Corn hole club is looking to do a soft opening in November.  Swim club has new starting blocks being installed  paid for by the Swim Club.

Unit 44 rep stated that after the level 4/5 was cleared behind him all the packrats  moved into his yard.
