Important in an emergency situation for Fire Department to get access into your home without damage to front door.
Cost: $60.00 –▪ Senior village will install the box for anyone in SaddleBrooke. You don’t have to be home for installation; you can leave it on the ground.▪ Call 911 – non-emergency - Fire department will come out and put your key in the lock box after it is installed▪ Only the fire department has a master key to access the box▪ Call main Number 520-314-1042, ext. 12 at Senior Village to get a lock box▪ If a homeowner purchased a home with Lock Box already installed: Change your locks, call the GRFD Non Emergency to come and replace with current key.

Patti Coggins is Deputy.• Unit 36 - Lori Hill explained the unit is sub-divided in Unit 36 Yellow, Orange and Blue .• U36 Yellow: Deb Border is Unit Rep. Management Updates - Ray Kuhn, Asst. General Manager• Currently we are In the window of voting for new board members; voting closes next Monday, 11/11/24. Please: Everyone needs to vote; to date only 32% have voted.•
Proposing a 2.9% increase in dues for 2025....less than inflation•
Corn Hole center opened – 350 members in the Corn Hole club•
Mt View pool has reopened. Deck is refurbished, new water feature added, tree removed, cactus added. Significant work completed that may not be obvious.• Reminders: Please do not wear street shoes in the pool. Instead use water shoes; save some maintenance. Also shower before entering all swimming pools.•
Common Area Maintenance (CAM): Level 4 working in units 14/15/17 and will complete Level 4 for the year. Will resume Level 5 in Jan. 2025.•
F&B: Thanksgiving at Mt View & Preserve is almost full – call soon!!
Dale Tate, Captain HOA2 SaddleBrooke Patrol• Proposal was made to HOA2 Board to increase cost of traffic related incidents.• Board has approved the proposal, (after the 21 day comment period provided to allresidents by the Rules & Regulations Committee.) NEW FINES GO INTO EFFECT JAN1, 2025.• Doing away with safety corridors. (Essentially all roads are now safety corridors.)• Will use Safety Corridors rates, i.e., double the fine – up to 15 miles over the speedlimit fine is $100, and 16 miles over is $200.• These fines are applicable to ALL the streets in SaddleBrooke; (i.e. no safety corridors).
