Summary Provided by RFRS Club Member

CAM -  50% of level 4 completed.  Santa Rita is contracted to complete units 14,15,17.  All of the level 4 and 5 crews will be focusing entirely on level 4 with level 5 paused.  12 units remain, expect to complete by end of 2024 and will save approximately $100K by using our staff instead of a contractor.

Pursuing grant with Forestry and Fire to help remove invasives on 36 acres.

Fire inspector visited area w/ CAM and confirmed HOA2 has very low fire risk and keeping level 4 clear creates a sufficient fire break.  If some are experiencing difficulties getting insurances it was recommended to go with local agent as out of state brokers use outdated map which disqualifies our entire community.
