Gathering Locations and Rules for pot luck/brown bag and BYOB events
- Potential locations: Pickleball covered are or other covered areas in HOA2.
- Must be booked through Liz;
- Discussing a fee for renting the space
- priority given to clubs already paying for facilities and no charge for them.
- Dale wants pools excluded due to potential glass/safety hazards also.
- No liquor allowed at the pool, except during designated service hours at the Preserve pool.
Feedback from HOA1 R&R Meeting
- HOA1 expressed satisfaction with changes R&R had been making to make if not the exact wording certainly the concept of rules to mirror theirs to limit confusion.
Resident Concerns
- Resident suggested regulating footwear at the pool.
- Agreement for fitness instructors to encourage changing into water shoes. and not using water shoes in parking lot.
- No significant issue to warrant new rules—common sense recommended.
- Concerns raised about large political flags exceeding size limits of election yard signs
- Agreement to postpone addressing this issue for now.
- Current regulations allow a maximum of two flags on a flagpole.
- Reminder: Private drones are not permitted on HOA2 property (nuisance category).
