MV Clubhouse Improvements

  • Kitchen Expansion:
    • Current size: 2,400 sq ft; proposed: 5,100 sq ft. 
    • Dining area to be relocated forward same capacity
    • New landscaping for the lawn area and fire pit seating areas
  • Restroom Relocation:
    • Demolish existing restrooms for storage; move to a different location.

Tennis Court Enhancements

  • Court Expansion:
    • Convert 4 courts to 8 double courts.
    • Add parking on the hillside between MV and Mesquite.

Desertview Complex

  • New Facilities:
    • 19,000 sq ft multi-use center.
    • 7,200 sq ft gathering space.
    • Increase parking capacity from 263 to 321.
    • 3,000 sq ft outdoor gathering/sports café between cornhole and theatre.

Preserve Facility Changes

  • Maintenance Yard:
    • add a 15,000 sq ft maintenance yard on open land by tennis courts.
  • Gym Expansion:
    • Move gym and expand from 1,000 sq ft to 3,850 sq ft.
    • Old gym area to become a poolside café.
  • Patio and Bar Expansion:
    • Expand outdoor patio; create an indoor/outdoor service bar.
