The majority of the meeting was spent updating some of the many forms and policies used by ALC to be more concise, clear, and uniform in appearance and purpose. Easier to use for Homeowners, Contractors and ALC.
Also added a Privacy policy which basically ensures confidentiality of homeowners. Something they have always done but now it will be a written policy
Ray Kuhns addressed some grading issues that have been discovered in Unit 44B. He has met with Robson and they have stated they will be taking corrective action.
ALC received 49 permits in the Month of August which apparently is slightly lower than normal.
